In 2008, the economic crisis sweeping the globe, non-ferrous metals industry was severely influenced. Renewable metals industry is facing a big challenge. With its unique attractiveness and great cohesion, the Eighth International Forum/ Expo, still attracted more than 800 domestic and foreign participants from around 40 countries and regions around the world. The number of foreign exhibitors reached over 200.

    The strong support and attention from related departments of China and international organizations like BIR and ISRI give recycling metal industry much confidence. The timely convening of the conference provides a good platform to the enterprises to have a high standing of global view to analyze the state's macroeconomic policy, rational planning future industry trends, the development of the regulation, timely adjustment of strategy.

    2009, China's macroeconomic situation has improved, as indicated by the state "the planning of non-ferrous metals industrial restructuring and revitalization " has been issued, "City Mine Plan" and "Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Industry Development Planning" are paying close attention to the development process, which provides a strong support and confidence to renewable metal industry. China will build a non-ferrous metals recycling system that covers the entire society within the next three years, and support potential areas to build non-ferrous metal recycling market, dismantling market, developing recycling economy, improving the level of comprehensive utilization of resources

At that time, we will gather together with government officials, industrial well-known companies, and research institutions to discuss on the topics of latest policy analysis, development tendency, and market prospect, advanced technology and equipment promotion and industrial leverage buyout under this financial circumstance.
