F. Show us your confirmation letters when you make registrations on spot in Dongfang Hotel and get the conference materials and invoice

Price of visiting the exhibition: RMB2000 for domestic enterprises; USD$600 for foreign enterprises (only provide the conference proceeding book, dinners during the convention not included and no entrance to the forum).

Price for family members: RMB 2000 for domestic enterprises; USD$600 for foreign enterprises (including dinners during the convention and fees for one-day tour in Guangzhou, conference materials not provided and no entrance to the forum).

Price for stuff accompanying: RMB3300 for domestic enterprises; USD$1000 for foreign enterprises (no conference materials, other treatments the same as the conference representatives).

About Cancel
First, if the convention is postponed due to force majeure, including outburst of public diseases, it is not allowed to return the registration fee. Second, if you can not attend the exhibition due to personal reasons, please contact with the organizing committee before October 10th. Otherwise the organizer will not return you the registration fee.
