•Fill in registration form--please fill in the registration form in details according to personal information of relevant participants. (Click to download)
•Remittance—please arrange the payment according to the numbers and types of participants, and remit to the committee appointed bank account. Please do indicate that the payment purpose is for “10th conference registration fee” and company name on the remittance copy, which is used for invoice, otherwise, the name of the remittance unit will be considered as the invoice title.
•Fax--please fax the registration form and remittance copy to committee, fax No.:+86 10-82298548.
•Confirmation--Committee will refax a confirmation letter in 3 working days after receiving the registration form and the remittance. Please safe keep the confirmation letter, which is the only proof of your registration.
•Conference registration—please show your confirmation letter to on-site staffs when you register at the conference, at the same time, please collect conference documents and your invoice.
On-site Registration
Please take pre-registration if possible. On-site registration will cost much time on your waiting, and also that cannot guarantee you will have perfect conference services. If you cannot take conference pre-registration, please go to Shangri-La Hotel in Ningbo on Nov. 7th for on-site registration.

• Due to personal reasons as scheduled conference of company and individual can not participate, please inform committee in writing before Oct. 20th, 2010, as well as related payments charged, the balance will be refund. There is no refund for overdue informant.
